“I shall take you to Oerba, My friend Yeul likes going there because of the flowers and I’m sure she wouldn’t mind me taking you.” He held his hand out towards the girl as he opened a portal with the other.
“Don’t worry, I will keep you safe.”
“Oerba? Okay, that sounds great! And who is Yeul? She sounds nice, and I would love to meet her. Is she in Oerba?”
She saw a strange look pass over the man’s face, and so instead focussed on what he was creating with one hand. It was a strange portal of some kind, and she eyed it dubiously. He reassured her though, so she took his hand, and went through it with him.
